01 · About
Quality, from the user's side of the screen
I started my career in customer support and field tech support, solving problems for real users on the other end of the line. That experience shaped how I test: I think about what the person using the product will actually hit, not just what the spec says.
Since moving into QA, I've built and maintained automation suites across web, mobile and desktop for food-service, healthcare and SaaS clients — from BDD frameworks in Java and Cucumber to mobile and web automation in C#, Appium and Playwright.
Right now I'm focused on testing AI systems and using AI to make testing better. I'm an active member of the Pune testing community and regularly attend meetups and conferences on agentic AI and quality engineering.
